Nurses cared for our community through the COVID-19 pandemic and remain dedicated to providing the best care possible to our families and neighbors. Unfortunately, in the face of a national nurse staffing shortage, Logan Health management has relied on expensive traveling nurses and prioritized excessive executive pay, profits and expansion above the needs of patients.
Our community in Kalispell is calling on Logan Health executives to accept the proposals we’ve brought to the bargaining table for staffing and retention and settle a fair contract.
